Orbyt provides AI-driven operational automation and infrastructure provisioning tools. We serve as a single point of contact for your business operations across multiple communication channels.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed via Razorpay. All subscriptions are billed according to the selected cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Orbyt for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright and data privacy laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Orbyt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
